Question for you about COBRA.....once an election of benefits is made, is one given 60 days to get the payments in? I did send a check, however, they said they don't have it. I have a call in to the banker. That said, the election goes to Sept 1, so we are only at 45 days. I was canceled.

I know that your banning me from LLT was your way of having a little temper tantrum. Are you over it yet? Unlike you, I actually care about giving people correct advice...I don't pretend to know things I really don't know about. I am one of the few posters on LLT that actually has any real knowledge on CA employment law. I practice employment law. If you are done throwing your temper tantrum, I would appreciate it if you would let me post on LLT.
