Hello - i have posted a question that i was hoping you could answer. If someone on parole leaves the country and a warrant is then issued for their arrest, will the foreign authorities know about sucha warrant since parole does not have compacts with foriegn nations? Also, this country ran a check and according to their knowledge, this person is neither a felon, nor on parole. they have no such information.
