Judge trial... Found guilty... Court did not prove time of accident.....
As a cop, tell me how you can be found guilty of a crime without witnesses or proof of said crime.????? If you can not show when I was driving, how can you prove I was intoxicated at said time.???? **************.PLEASE....TELL ME.!!!!!!!!

Carl, thanks for the input on my thread. There is more if you would respond. You stated twice you thought it was improper for the judge to prompt the officer, I agree.
My thread "Did the judge violate my rights" is about the same case. It focuses on some of the trial issues. Please weigh in, your oppinion is well respected by me.

i updated my post but didnt know if you'd see it so here it is.
i was told that at the arraignment you are given a copy of the written accousation against you. my son has been arrested and is waiting to be transported to madera county from riverside county. he just turned 18 and is being charged with a sexual assult. also this was suppose to take place in 2005 when he was 14. how can i find out what the DA has that makes him believe he can get a conviction.

you postesd a message about my daughter receiving a citation for infraction and you asked me why the police could not give minors citations. You did not read my message clearly. I said the police had not posted ot sent any letters via mail, TV etc to the community about the park, They said they were working on kids finding out via police word of mouth or kids talking. We do not live around that area and my daughter doesn't hang there or has never received a warning or a citation before. They said they felt bad for the kids who might have been walking thru but wrong place wrong time. They could have given some of these kids who were first timers a verbal warning and cited the rest who have been told or cited before.

hi. i see you left a message on my post... for your information. My bm1 told me that a nurse gave him the info cuz he asked for it. He was only sent there to make sure i was alive. He was being nosy. He asked several nurses. they all said he couldnt have that info. A male nurse finally told him. He, himself told me a nurse told him. And the navy can not have the info unless there is a case open and theres not cuz my chain of command was very supportive of what happend and the police are doing what they can to help out.
