    I see your post of 8/3. Have not been to this forum for 2 weeks or so. Uh, paperwork does not suffice. Could be wrong or misinterpreted. She or you need to find the actual markers, in the ground and compare to the paperwork.

    actually she does have papers showing that their fence is 10 feet onto her property she said she was going to have a letter hand delivered telling them they had so many days to move the fence if they don't she will go from there
