    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH We recently went through a chapter 13 bankruptcy. We were able to keep our home. Our vacant rental properrty, however, we gave up. Even after the bankruptcy, we continued to go over to the other house once every 10-12 days to mow the lawn, etc...
