    hi this is what the compaint letter says
    1. def. is indebted to plain. for the sum of $$$$$ plus intrest at the rate of 12 o/o per annum from the date of judgment thereafter until paid, on an account stated.
    2. plantiff is a bank or assignee of a bank org. under the laws of this state.
    3. the plaintiff counsel is attempting to collect a debt and any info obtained will be used for that purpose and this communication is from a debt collector.
    --------------------------------------
    so how would i address each complaint they have against you and provide affirmative defenses?
    legal aid here has a 6mo waiting list.
