    Yes - I am really asking that question. I am wondering how you don't see how it is not relevant.

    I threaten to take the child out of jurisdiction. Even if the judge puts in place a PRO - it does not include my daughter, and the judge has already stated she will not rule on anything involving my daughter.

    So why would a PR apply to me based on a threat to remove daughter from the jurisdiction. It would not prevent visits and I would still be able to take daughter from jursidiction if that were my goal.

    The problem with this forum is people are to intent on pointing out things that are either 1. irrelevant or 2. don't help or point anyone in the right direction. I know what my mistakes in the past were, I know what I did right and wrong. I don't justify them, there is just NOTHING I can do about them now.

    I want to be prepared when I go into the TRO hearing.

    If the TRO was pertaining to my daughter, then threatning to take her from the jurisdiction would be relevant imo.

    You have a pretty crappy attitude and seem to just be interested in being right even if you are wrong so no need to respond to this.
