    I do understand, yes - it's incredibly frustrating. But like you he does have a certain amount of protection (if he was laid off for example the courts generally agree with that being a valid reason for a downward modification); fingers crossed it won't be for too long.

    I do iot's just hard because he stopped right before school started and my new husband got layed off his job!! I just get tired of watching him take care of the 2 children he has with his new wife and our 3 he could care less!! It just makes me very angry!!
