Just wanted to drop a note and thank you for following up on the case I posted, and most importantly for your advise. You certainly educated us on more than just a few things about insurance.

    Good afternoon,

I have posted a thread on the auto accidents thread and was wondering if you have any advice on it, I noticed you replied to several others and seem to have significant knowledge of this issue, I would appreciate any help you can offer.

    Thank you for your time

I am sorry, but I am new to this. However, I have to say you sound like bitter unhappy person. I am involved because SHE IS MY DAUGHTER you must never have had children or you would had know why I am involved. I reposted because I wanted all the information on one post. Nothing as far as facts changed. As far as you don’t want to answer twice don’t! You answer was of no help what so ever. SO SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN!

Why is the opposing viewpoint alarmist? the New York state healthcare workers, nurses, doctors, inclusive sued so they wouldn't have to take the shot.

Pro information is readily available. i posted links so that people could do their own research. I posted credible, even government information. i noted my personal experience and conclusion.

i wasn't obnoxious or inflammatory, either on line or here.

    please explain.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) CA

I have a problem with a insurance company paying my claim here is the story
I just bought a bike and the next day what we think was the construction company tipped over by new street bike ( motorcycle ). I just got full insurance on it the day before and so I called to report this accident because there was a significant amount of damage(8,470). We did not know who was at fault for this so it was going to be filed as a comprehensive claim. Its been about a month already and its like pulling teeth to get a hold of the adjuster and reps. The company is now asking to speak with the previous owner and the previous owners father ( the father has nothing to do with it and did not own any bit of the bike ) and on top of that is asking for mine and my brothers statements and asking me to file a affidavit of vandalism to the local police department and asking for my bank statements that shows proof that I paid for the bike and the bill of sale aswell. I have provided all that they asked for except to speak to the previous owners father too me that's a bit absurd I am not friends with the previous owner nor his father and they already wrote a written statement saying how much I bought the bike for and the the condition it was in when it was sold I dont want to keep harassing them for "statements"... what can I do to speed this up? or what should I do to escalate this?

I have already called a supervisor
I have already sent the rep a email regarding this slow process and the lack of communication

My car was stolen at an address other then where it is insured and the insurance company is giving me a hard time and delaying payment to either fix or total the car. I was in Detroit the car was stolen on the 22nd of september of this year out of my drive way of my residence in detroit the car was found on the 27th with extensive damage to the body and interior I had full coverage on this vehicle. My insurance was opened in Stclair shores at my apartments address, where i got a better rate however i also have a residence in detroit where I stay sometimes. I need to get up to speed on this and fight for my rights. I was the victim.

Interesting theory you have on lawsuits and money.I believe you are correct in your statement most of the time.In my instance I felt as though they knew they did something wrong and were going to be hush, hush about it and see if it would just go away.I am not a sue happy person at all but if I was to feel that what i was describing was happening then yes I would sue to prove it was immoral and for the money as well. thank you for your thoughts on my situation

Lawsuits are not about justice. They are about MONEY. If you don't want money, then you shouldn't be thinking about suing. And people post here because they are thinking about suing. Because they want money, no matter how much they don't want to admit that to themselves.
