Thanks in advance! - Thanks Ron for the insight. Sadly, I think you are right on the money. I don't know what I can do to help.

- Hi Ron and thanks for the answer to my post. I'm new to this site and being in trouble for that matter, and have been learning to navigate. The reason for my question was the citation I got, the officer claimed he wrote it because his supervisor made him, which I'm not buying. Anyway he stated just show up, on my court date, and they'd dismiss the charge. I said how's that work, he says he won't show up, he hates going to court. Not knowing really what I was being charged with I contacted and hired an attorney that said the chance of getting it dismissed is slim, the first court date is just an arrainment though he feels overall they have no case and dismissal shouldn't be a problem. I hope he's right.
- 07-11-2009 12:02 PM - permalinknottooslickHi Ron and thanks. I will most certainly need counsel in this matter. My medical history is that I have just been diagnosed as a diabetic and when I got to the jail my blood sugar was 341 I think. Having been a paramedic from 79-94 I know my judgment was synergistically effected by the combination. Do you do business in Clayton County?

Thank you for responding to my post. I added another question, do you think when you have the time, you can look at it?
Thanks.
