What is the name of your state? WA If I have a warrant out for my arrest for unpaid DUI fines (first time DUI, never any trouble with the law before), will it come up when I go through U.S. Customs? Isn't a first time DUI a misdemeanor? Will it automatically go to the national database (NCIC??)
