Could you please give some information on the topic and not on my spelling which is not as bad as you suggest. Typing errors can occur. Thank you.

heh, a troll is a person who flames a person for really no reason and they believe they know everything. Their favorite thing to do is put people downvia verbal(typing) assault and feel self-important. I wasn't referring to myself but the other person, sorry if it offended you.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
My daughter filed a Chapter 13 three years after she and her exhusband filed a Chapter 7. Her attorney filed the Chapter 13 in error (none of us knew of the four year law for filing). She appeared 18 months later to request a hardship discharge. The judge then put the attorney and the trustee on notice that they approved her bankruptcy in error--that she wasn't eligible--then he quoted the new law to both. Next the judge recommended that the trustee and her attorney go out in the lobby and present an amended plan and reduce the monthly payment to $50 if my daughter was agreeable. All was agreed, the amended plan was approved and she has had regular payroll deductions. Capital 1 has been calling her at work to pay up, her attorney sent them a letter again yesterday regarding the stay and bankrupcty. Then the attorney told her that she would not get a discharge after the three year plan was up and she needed to consider how she was going to repay all the debt. This is ridiculous. I think the attorney is trying to avoid sanctions. What happens when the trustee approves a plan, the judge approves and recommends an amended plan? We do not understand why she would pay for three years and then have to do a debt consolidation to pay off the debts that were in the plan. What are we missing? I think the attorney is a jerk who is trying to get more money for himself. In the meantime we are trying to keep my daughter from suicide over this--seriously. What do we do about this. Why would they approve the plan and then not discharge it? We have a copy of the APPROVED amended plan for the US Bankruptcy court. Help, please. We don't have the money, my daughter doesn't have the money, her now exhusband caused the bankruptcy and I don't want her to kill herself.
