I want her and I to swap shares in the house and be done. But her BF is controling things, it appears. I was told to prosecute her or take her to civil court for the money she owes me, but HOW?
Can you advise me on things, PLEASE?
I don't have money for a lawyer up front and I am close to going to a food bank. (I have a 2 yr old daughter and I can't make ends meet and hire a lawyer). - HomeGuru, I didn't mean to offend you with my last post... it was not for you, it was for Who's Liable... I asked a question and he sent very patronizing posts... I didn't feel his comments were appropriate.

Can you please help me in my thread.Give me some advice either I should buy a house or not? - Thanks for heading me in the right direction with that contract question...I contacted the legislation reference desk and they sent me to the site of the correct codes and requirements (out of 9 it satisfies 1); however they said that even though this was the case, all it meant was that he was in violation of his licensing and the contract was still legal?!? Any thoughts???
