Hello,
Izzy280 - can you please have my thread about Pain Contract for Opioid Management deleted? I put it under your thread which was wrong. Sorry, if you can't do it - can you send it to a person here that can do it? Thanks!

Hey,

I think you're a moderator. Either way, can you do a favor for me? You advised me on a thread of mine from a few weeks ago (http://forum.freeadvice.com/business-contracts-franchises-85/signing-bonus-return-obligation-436021.html). In one of your responses, you quoted my original message. Since then, I have edited it to remove my email address, but your quote and your post still contains my email. Can you please edit your post to simply remove my email address?

Let me know,
thanks.

Thanks for heading me in the right direction with that contract question...I contacted the legislation reference desk and they sent me to the site of the correct codes and requirements (out of 9 it satisfies 1); however they said that even though this was the case, all it meant was that he was in violation of his licensing and the contract was still legal?!? Any thoughts???

How can I determine for sure if this is a case that I can take to small claims court? I'm the "Dog Custody" person that you replied to.

I cracked up when I read 'trial and error' attorney. Does that mean you attempt things in court and see if they work?

Ugh! Well, thanks for your insight Home Guru - even if it isn't what I wanted to hear!

In your opinion, is there any possibility of at least filing and winning a small claims case for our $300 inspection fee?
