On 8/19/09 I completed a bathroom remodel project. The fee was $4525 and included plumbing work on 2 baths, 2 vanities and a shower/tub. Work was completed and paid in full to tile contractor. Today, 10/31/09, I received a letter stating I owed the plumbing co. on the project $515. I have a formal contract from the tile contractor stating the plumbing would be included in the $4525 price. I'm thinking of taking the issue to small claims court? What are the fees for small claims court?

    Thank You

A once in a life time HOA issues. I wrote this myself and I am not an attorney. I am currently looking for one to review my opinions. I have a huge file to support each claim and opinion. Please feel free to let me know your opinions, helpful criticism is always appreciated.

I just need advice. Why can't you be nice? I'm a simple easy-going person. If you're too busy, fine. But I really don't need crap now. OK?

My ex girlfriend left our house 9 months ago, She is still on the lease. She nows wants back in after all this time. Do I have to let her in?

We started our lease in June of 07 and it ends this year in Sept. We were buying a trailer. Does the title have to be in her name as well?

Please help me, I'm so lost.

Could you please give some information on the topic and not on my spelling which is not as bad as you suggest. Typing errors can occur. Thank you.
