    I wrote that the damage was there on a move-in inspection, I didn't take pictures. I gave the move-in inspection to them last year and they took a copy. Now they are trying to charge me for it. They could have gotten the work done by the people they got the estimate done within the 21 days, so doesn't that mean in court, they would not win because there was no reason the work couldn't have been performed in that time period? They still have not sent me a receipt if they got it done by someone else, which I know they didn't because I called all the other flooring companies in and in the towns near us and they said they didn't.

    I do understand that tenants can be evicted for other reasons other than non payment of rent. However, my help needed is that this complex makes up false accusations on these tenants, (numerous, mind you) and charge outrages prices on damages. Including false charges. They are charging me $300 for a pet I didn't have and $100 pet cleaning fee! THERE WERE NO PETS!!!!!!!!!
