    Hi,
I recently added a thread in need of advice. I showed that you were the only response and then my thread was locked. I'm confused as to why it is now locked. Did I do something wrong to cause this? Please help as I really needed this thread out there so I could reseive helpful responses.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
I recently got a disorderly conduct involving alcohol consumption and argument. I have no prior record – clean background. This is my first offense. I have a court date set in about a month and a half. I am not familiar with this type of legal process and saw that you had some answers to some of the related postings on this topic. This occurred in New York.

    Few questions are:

    1) What would happen on court date? Do I need to plead guilty vs not-guilty, or will the court offer me some type of a resolution to get this dismissed?
    2) How do I approach this case so that I do not have any record for future job application, etc? I understand that this is a violation only and not a crime.
    3) Do I need an attorney for something like this? I read on some online q&a postings that they assign a court lawyer for you. Do I speak to this lawyer prior to my court date? I.E., how do me and the counsel interact prior to meeting the judge?
    4) Any advice on getting a resolution for this would be helpful as I have a month and half until my court date.

Thank you in advance for your time.
    J

    Hello,

Yesterday I created a thread regarding the sale of virtual items in my online game. It seems to have disappeared. I remember you were the only post I saw. Do you have any idea why it was removed/moved?

    Thanks for your time,

Otherwise, it will be I that will be teaching you a lesson.

Hi. I am new here and desperate need of help. Seems like you give some good advice. Really need help. Up because I can't sleep over this. Neighborhood kid was over playing with my kids. Neighbor kid was accidently hit in mouth by my son breaking off two teeth. Filed claim with homeowners ins who only paid $1000.00. Kids mom wants me to pay remaining balance and any future dental costs related to these specific teeth. Want to do wants fair but what am i responsible for? just sick over this. Scared to let any kids come over any more. Any advice would be appeciated.

There is a lienholder on the vehicle but it is not me, it is one of the outside financing sources that I use. The $1500.00 was part of her down payment to secure the financing. The title is going to go to the lienholder.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
