So freedom of speech only applies to large amounts of people?
Anyway, it makes no difference. This is not an open forum to the extent that anybody can come here and post anything. This is a privately owned site. Who can join, who can post, and what can be posted is completely at the discretion of the owners. People get banned all the time, and that violates absolutely no Constitutional amendment.
And yes, as a matter of fact, you have been very wrong. Not that you'd ever admit it.

but my house is not a place that large amounts of people come together to discuss there veiws and beliefs. If i advertised my home as a open forum then i would allow people the right to free speech, as long as it does not violate my TOS. I have not once violated this sites TOS nor have i been proven to be wrong.

So, I have the right to walk into your house and read "Mein Kampf" outloud at the top of my voice? Concept-wise?

Freedom of speech is a concept, the freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation.

Free speech applies to public speech. This is a private, non-government Website that has reserved the right to remove posts which fail to adhere to their posted guidelines.

Well i see the moderators don't believe in freedom of speech, even when it doesnt violote the TOS.
