    you said PG&E has a "you break it, you pay for it" policy. but laws and regulations apply to them has well. can you provide support for your legal right to have the line on my property. a easement or license.

    i have attached pictures showing my neighbors gas line was 2 feet on my property.
    i took the time in locating my gas and water line (potholing) so something like this wouldn't happen.
    this was a inconvenience for me. i should be the one seeking recover cost.
    Please lets not waste time with the courts and the public utilities commission.

    Her are the regulation statute laws i followed.

    hi Justalayman,

    i contacted pge collection, and verbally told them my situation with the information you gave me. she said pge has a ("you break it, you pay off it policy. just like a grocery store")

    i am emailing them pictures and a letter with the info you provided.

    I'll let you know what happens. thanks again Kurt
