Thanks for the reply, We wrote & typed the lyrics down about 8 months ago and certified mailed it to ourselves, the band using the lyrics just recorded a demo and gave credit to the writer of the music, so can he still use the lyrics if he wanted?

wow. I didn't even know I had messages. I don't check unless my little tattle in the upper right corner says something and it never told me I had messages. Sorry if I missed somebody due to that.

I guess PM's would be the best way to go, if you can.

I guess I didnt make it clear that there never was any wires removed from my property. That is my point. Detectives say there were and someone turned around and put them back in. Its obsurd. If for some reason APS was suppose to take those extreme measures, they didnt. When Detectives were reading me the reports from Aps I asked him why they dont have it meantioned that they performed this action. So I wanted to ask you, are we able to obtain a copy of the detectives report?

Thanks for the response. The need to take care of it is obvious. However, how when I am unable to report to the police station listed and post bail?

her is what i think i'm go to send them: (if you have any more suggestions you can contact me at kurtkarst@yahoo.com)

Hi Jan, Dispute bill, file no. e2009508806

you said PG&E has a "you break it, you pay for it" policy. but laws and regulations apply to them has well. can you provide support for your legal right to have the line on my property. a easement or license.

i have attached pictures showing my neighbors gas line was 2 feet on my property.
i took the time in locating my gas and water line (potholing) so something like this wouldn't happen.
this was a inconvenience for me. i should be the one seeking recover cost.
Please lets not waste time with the courts and the public utilities commission.

Her are the regulation statute laws i followed.

4216.8. This article does not apply to any of the following. ect. ect. ect.
