Thanks for responding to my post about losing my package. Sounds like you know what you're talking about. Could you give me your opinion on one more question that has to do with my post? What if I can prove what's in the box and show however its worth. The postal annex store didn't ask if I wanted insurance for when its sitting in there store they ask if I want it for the shipping. So if I can prove what's in the box and the person who took it is on camera. Doesn't that fall on the store for not securing my package right. It didn't even get the chance to be tossed out of a FedEx truck
  3. "lustful desire"...JAL...Can I use this in a siggy? ROTFLMBO!!!!!!!

Yes...I know I am several months late to the VM...:P
  4. for you gabby, sure...

    NOT

If you wish to continue in ignorant anger, that's your choice. You have no claim. btw: there are no "legal actions" without going to court. If you do not want to go to court, there are no legal actions available to you. That's what a "legal action" is.

and you really have completed at least one year of school? Amazing...simply amazing.

you seem knowledgeable about real estate closings. In my case, after I had left the closing and signed off, title company completely altered the deed of trust, copied my signature and filed it wrongly as commercial.
    They cant's do that legally?

My equity is in full as my home is totally paid for. I got my son out already with the property, and only paid a $20.00 jail fee. I went straight to the jail without a bondsman, and the jailer did the paperwork. But my son's young friend remains there and I would like to help him out also. Help**************
