    What do you think I can do on my case. she has gotten a lawyer and I dont qualify for legal aid and the atorneys here asking me $5000. to take my case.

    What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Washington State. We went to mediation and signed an agreement that if it was not worked out then we had to go to arbitration. Well over a year later we ended up in Arbitration. The arbitrator made his decision, the other party finally agreed to it but will not sign the final papers. I now have a court date in 2 weeks. Can the Judge change the Arbitrators decisiion? Or does the Judge just sign the final papers and the divorce is over

    I just wanted to Thank You for your assistance to my question yesterday. Ohiogal's comments and judgemental remarks were unjustified and rude. I cannot understand why certain memebers on this forum are allowed to behave in such a manner to other posters who are simply looking for some answers or advice. They do not come here to be judged or insulted. Why are the moderators not reprimanding or moderating such behavior? Genuine people are already have enough drama in their personal lives they do not need be subjected to further insults. And just because someone is a family law attorney that doesn't mean that they know everything or that they are correct.

    Thank you so much for your coments to my problems. Right now I'm searching for a different attorney ..not because of any problems with him.He's actually great and has known my family for about 8 years and he knows all about my parents.The problem is he needs a 5,000 dollar deposit for this and I've already spent near 40,000 on all this crap. We are broke. OCY might be able to provide us with counsel because of how this all developed. I'm looking in to it. Finally, my daughter sees her psychiatrist every month to two months but she sees her therapist weekly. Should I increase her contact with her psychiatrist and if so how often would you recommend?

    Even though the move was because of a new job, i have 2 other children we had to support not to mention he will be away from his siblings? Also neither of them have a REAL job he owns a window cleaning business that barely makes it by and now his wife lost her job! they live in her parents house that is up for sale so any day they could be homeless and also he gave me permission to leave? I think i have a better situation than he does??
