I am the person who originally posted this. I am new so I guess I didn't post everything I wanted to say. I live in Indiana and I need to know if military law overrides state law?
I am a survivor of domestic violence and my husband has left me with post traumatic brain syndrome. Is there something for me - a law written somewhere? We were only married for 4 years and he is retired, disabled vet.
