    California Seatbelt Citation

    I just got a seatbelt citation in San Diego country day before yesterday...on June 4. The actual infraction is for NOT wearing a seatbelt, but I did in fact have one on, and the officer saw that, then he wrote on the ticket "seatbelt worn improperly." He did not stop me for any other reasons...
