Hi nextwife-you asked to know ''how long before her death did my mother put her new husband's name on the house deed as joint tenant''.
She was widowed and got together with him in 1983. Moved him in her house imediatly and in 1985 she deeded the house to him. She died in April 2008 at age 87.He is 10 yrs younger than her and he made so obious that he could hardly wait for her to die. My heart is broken and it seems to be a hopeless case. She left no will. Just his name on the deed.
