Hi Quincy,
Just a follow up. I notified the PPO office that we were not in counseling as the ex-wife claimed and showed paperwork to prove that and the judge's office called me that day and said the case was thrown out! sometimes people know what's right and they just need someone to be nice, as you were, and talk them through this. For you time and calmness I am extremely
thankful.

Thanks Quincy,
I am going to try and get this resolved today! The ex- feels by having this floating above my head I will not contact her- which I have not in over three months and then only to copy her on my communications with her sons teachers. So the PPO office is waiting for the judge to get back from vacation or we will (can we) ask for a hearing and get this resolved.

Thank you, I kept getting locked and yelled at by Blue Meanie and I don't know much about this site. The ex has no grounds for a PPO she is just targeting anger toward me that her son (16) choose to live with his dad last year. I wrote her several months ago that we would be sharing the same grandchildren but she insists on pursuing this. I am afraid to go to the grocery store if i see her car- I just don't want any trouble. The PPO has not been issued but a motion for a hearing was granted after it wad denied. Thanks again. I hate the anxiety and it was nice just to have someone respond nicely. Pru
