    Hey Q,

Thanks for your reply to my post. But I was wondering, what exactly is "effective consent?"

yes I received notification prior to the expulsion, and yes I had a hearing with the school board, but no there was no charges filed against him at all. My question is what type of attorney, this is what I really want to do. I don't think that this is right. I do understand that the school can go by hear say, but when the other children were charged but was allowed to return to school, I do know this because at the time he was suspended we had a meeting at the school, one of the students(not involved) asked him why he was not back in school, and she also stated the reason why she was asking is because the other students were back. This was in May of this year.

    Quincy,
Thank you very much for the information you provided on my thread- ttdish/Oregon Towing. My husband was visiting resident in complex under an hour before incident. Resident was not aware of towing in lot and had consented to parking in lot. I agree that we are at fault since sign posted, just feel like fee unreasonable for the work tower could accomplish in less than 10min. I will call Management to get imput on situation and go from there. Again, Thanks! ttdish

    Hi Quincy,
Just a follow up. I notified the PPO office that we were not in counseling as the ex-wife claimed and showed paperwork to prove that and the judge's office called me that day and said the case was thrown out! sometimes people know what's right and they just need someone to be nice, as you were, and talk them through this. For you time and calmness I am extremely
    thankful.
    Pru

    Thanks Quincy,
I am going to try and get this resolved today! The ex- feels by having this floating above my head I will not contact her- which I have not in over three months and then only to copy her on my communications with her sons teachers. So the PPO office is waiting for the judge to get back from vacation or we will (can we) ask for a hearing and get this resolved.
