We are still together in the house pending the divorce. Should I stay in the house until the divorce? What am I legally obligated to pay for during that time?
Since my husband is recently unemployed am I obligated to cover his medical insurance on my company insurance, and pay his legal fees? If I am short on funds, but my husband has 20,000 in his bank account isn't he responsible for the household bills? At what point during this process are all our combined monies split up equally? Does that lawyers have control of this?
