Thanks for your input one more question if you don't mind. The cop (sergeant) called me the day before my court date and said the file have been scratched but the prosecuting attorney did want to pick up the case. Sure even I got to court and they were scratched. He also said he will be contacting me and the detectives he is in touch with also to sign a contract to possibly drop the charges for some information. What do you think is going on / will happen?

Thanks for the info on the pharmacy DEA# thread. I think that the criminal case has already been handled and the guy has been sentenced. I just think that the Pharmacy should pay too.

Thank you for your advice on " Is a 30 day notice legal in Tucson,Az." I guess I really need to know, if I serve a 5 day notice to pay his rent will that notice throw out the 30 day notice or if I would mess up everything? I am very confused as to how the judge might look at all of this! Thank you for your advice kat11951

As a senior member on here I thought I might ask you for some assistance directly. I have a thread under the Business Bankruptcy forum that I would greatly appreciate input on. Even if it's not so specific to address my direct situation just a bit of help in generally understanding the issue would be appreciated if at all possible.

    Thank you.
