Thanks, I'tll take mae a while to get my records as to the exact statute, but my conviction was for simple battery: I tossed a pair of jeans (at) a girl and they glanced off her arm. Basically: if it was more than 10 years ago and it drops off my record, how does it still apply for me to possess a gun in another state? (I'm one of the opinion that if more of us carried guns, the crazies would think longer before going postal). looking forward to hearing from ya! John
