I saw that form also. But I only see amendment in the corporate purpose section. I don't know if entering dissolution clause there would work.

Hi. We incorporated as non profit in Illinois in July. We also applied and received EIN. Now we are trying to apply for 501c3 using 1023-ez form. In the form, it said you need to have a dissolution clause in the article of incorporation. We did not have this clause when we incorporate...
