Hi, I'm sorry to bother you and I really hope this message can reach you. I recently posted a thread and I was searching a lot for some sort of advice and I found that you answer in a different thread similar to mine.
I want to know you opinion about my problem, this is my thread: "I'm being sued for an eBay seller from a different state" and is going to be under "FreeAdvice Legal Forum > CONSUMER & GENERAL PRACTICE LAW > Online Purchases and Sales".
If you can, please answer me and let me know if the "dismiss for lack of jurisdiction" figure applies on my case and if so, how do I fill that motion?

    Thank you very much.
