i had a hearing today, and the judge said my son is too young to travel by himself, even with an airline escort. I have a feeling the judge won't agree for her to pay travel expenses for him to travel to california. In terms of the visitation order, she asked the judge to only allow me two phone calls per week with him, and claims to not have email or a computer at home. He's only 5 yo anyways, & wouldn't know how to work email. I drove 180 miles to family court today only to find out Mom did not show up in court via Court Call because she couldn't "afford" the call per the judge, so no changes were made to anything. Although there was a hearing without me present at one point because I was never notified. Ahh, the intricacies of the "justice" system!
