From what I understand, I am entitled to 1 year at 40% of her income. I have a job that starts on Dec. 1st. I was layed off about a month ago. My wife cheated on me and I caught her via her emails. She was grovelling and wanted to do anything to work it out. I chose to stick with her and try to work it out. I lost my job two weeks later and she saw her "out". She was very cold about the situation, even after I caught her cheating on me. I think she didn't want to be known as the cheater in the relationship and this was her way to get away from this situation.
