State is CA My discharged date was 1/3/2006. At first, the status is awaiting for trustee's report, which 2 weeks later, the report was that there is no asset. But now, there are 2 status - awaiting for trustee's report and awaiting to discharge. What is that mean? Why it take them so long...

I live in CA My BK7 was discharged on 1/3/2006 but the case still open because the trustee have not yet file her report. My question is, can I apply for a car loan ($20,000) with $2000 down. Will it create a flag to the trustee or other creditors that I have money and can they come after me...

What is the name of your state? CA I was discharged and received papers on 1/03/06. However, on Pacer, it still shows status as Discharged but the new status is Awaiting Trustee's Report. What is up with that? Please advise.
