    This is a public school, the expulsion happened at the very end of the summer. He is awaiting placement, because he is special needs they have to continue to educate him but through alternative schools. The police was not involved in his case, the other students were charged, he was not charged he was expelled. My son takes this medication for ADHD, I watch him take it daily and he does not have access to this medication at anytime, I keep it locked up. He had previous discipline problems at another school, outside of the district that expelled him; when he started attending this school, he was in the 7th grade and because of his age the school past him to the 8th grade in Feb of this year...he was doing well within this school and was getting great grades; which was a big turn around for him coming from C's, D's, and F's. His first report card at the new school was A's, B's and C's. He was well on his way to high school, and then these accussations came about. The other students have been charged by the police and back in school, my son was NOT charged and expelled.

    I know your busy, but your response to my post was that I could fight this ticket and I'm desperate for your advice. I didn't admit to anything because I was not questioned by the cop it's like he assumed I knew. Right when we got pulled over and the cop asked for his license, he told him "i'm not going to lie to you - I don't have a license". I was stunned but did not say anything. I didn't even know I could get a ticket for this. I know not to argue with a cop who is giving you a ticket so I just signed for it and took it. It was only after we drove away that he told me that his license had been suspended due to not paying speeding tickets and even that he had a warrant out for them although the cop didn't mention any warrant?

    Please read my post and give me an advise..I know my punishment by law but maybe there is a way me not going to jail..I am a single parent ,cant afford it.

    Thanks for the nice comment. Do you think I can pursue a legal discrimination claim with the EEOC? If I allow this 'demotion' to occur it will seriously damage my future, my income and will likely place me in a position to be fired for failure to perform...

    Thanks for the suggestion reply to my neighbors radio noise. Can you elaborate about why to pursue a confrontation? Is it so that I can call the police if they get hostile with me? I'm a white female and they are Hispanics , they are more the middle class Hispanic type if that matters at all. Thank you...
