Admin Discharge NavyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia I have two questions, actually. 1) My husband had to sign an admin seperation form (he got in trouble for something really really ridiculous) he rejected it and now he has to go to a commitee or whatever it's called. Why is that? And what is usually the outcome? 2) If he does get an admin discharge will the Navy still pay for us to move back home like they would at the end of an enlistment?? I'm 8 months pregnant and trying to figure out what to do if something does happen, but the Navy seems to just be jerking us around. ![]() |

2) No, if you are separated from the military you get to move back home at your own expense.
