Is this adulteryWhat is the name of your state? GA I recently got divorced I’ve been seeing this girl who is married to a person who is in the Military. I’m also in the Military the question is at the time I did not know she was married and now our relationship is on a serious level, is it still adultery if I’m single and she is separated from her husband, she is a civilian and under civilian law a person who is legally separated from their spouse can have a intimate relationship with another person. Need help thanks |

| It _is_ technically adultery until the divorce is final. There are arguments that the adultery prohibition in the UCMJ is unconstitutional. But if you want to take the safe route and keep yourself out of trouble, I suggest leaving her/the situation, alone.
