AdulteryWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX My husband cheated on me with a co workers daughter. He is now pressing charges of adultery against him. We are both military and it happened a 1 year and a half ago. He just found out about it because he over heard his daughter. Can he press charges or does the daughter have to do it? |

| From someone who has been there this....hear say won't be taken too seriously in the military. If it is turned into the command they will do an investigation but unless they have proof that there was a sexual relationship. In my situation after the investigation my husband was just counsiled by his NCO |
