Adultery in the Army

What is the name of your state? Hawaii

My husband and I were separated before I got stationed here in Hawaii but we weren't legally separated. He said he wanted to work on our marriage. A few days before he was due to be stationed here himself I found out that he is engaged to another woman. He hasn't denied it and I have been in contact with her. She admitted to everything and sent me pictures of the two of them together. He's here in Hawaii now but he checked into a hotel instead of staying with me. Can he be kicked out of the army for adultery?

Well, sure, but he isn't likely to be kicked out. More likely is a no-contact order with her until he finalizes his divorce. Still, he's an idiot (and so is she) for turning over the evidence.

Well ... yeahhhh

Who does that benefit? Only go running into the boss if he seriously causes a problem for you in your life, outside of not getting along and feeling betrayed. It'll all be a mess for you and him and just bring more problems. Just get away from him. Do not invest another second in him. Take that money and put it in your bank ... you can't change what happened ... you can make the future worse.

Now you know. You are no longer a victim. You are in charge. He'll get his. Don't we all.

Good luck
