Adultry

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
My brother is in the navy. He has been accussed of adultry. The woman is the wife of another military person. Is this consider adultry even though she is not in the military and if so what can the navy do to my brother?

Yes, that would be adultery.

He could face a variety of penalties including loss of security clearance, loss of rank and/or discharge.
