What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH
I recently signed another contract with the military my wife just cheated on me with a guy that i guess was in but got medically discharged from the military is he still able to be punished under the ucmj

Nope, he was discharged from the military. Guess you will have to work this one out like an adult.
