AM i still Awol?

What is the name of your state? tx

ok heres an update on my situation, back in aug i was planning to goto fort sill again to try and get out the DFR Route, instead of showing up there i worked with a lawyer and stayed with some friends. i found out some kind of chapter had been done without me ever being back at fort benning. Now lets backtrack a few months before that, i was returned to fort benning may 8 and i left again on the 17, i stayed long enough for a chapter 14 12b and i signed all my crap to get out, well on the 17 i found out my packet was done a week later and they were just sitting on their lazy bums with it. SO i went awol again. Now FastForward 5 months later and i get National Guard discharge papers in the mail sent to my parents house saying i am released from there and attached to fort benning. im like WTFFFF, so i wait a while and see what happens no warrant, no nothing. For seperartion authority it says Dropped from rolls. OK now its been 6 months and i made a call to a local recruiter asking whats going on, he makes some calls and tells me i still belong to fort benning and that i need to turn myself in ASAP. So in complete disbelief i call the Admin office where the awol apprehnsion guys is and he says that i have a federal warrant active and USADIP has nothing on me, i recieved a letter from DFAS in the mail for a debt of 1200 bucks, so i called em up and their customer service rep says that i was seperated from the army may 25, so heres the real queston am i still AWOL? or do i just have some MP blowing smoke in my face trying to scare me because it really doesnt work with me anymore i just want out with an OTH and im going to get on with my life, so now im just watiting to see what happens, ANY ADVICE?

No DD214 = Your still owned by Uncle Sam. Turn your self in, by going AWOL that second time you really confused the whole situation. A chapter 14 is a general discharge, and much better than an OTH. But now your probably going to get an OTH. Bottom line, you are owned until you receive your DD214.

want to know if you have a warrent???

WOW how DUMB of you,
If you go AWOL even if you are DFR there is still a warrent out for you. If you do not believe me why dont you go to the local police station and have them run a check. Or wait and 20yrs from now when you get pulled over for running a redlight or stop sign you can face the music!
