Question

Army Re-4 / General Under Honorable Conditions

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Wisconsin

Quick background info:
I graduated from BCT in April 2008 as soldier of the cycle. My chosen MOS was 92R (parachute rigger).
Riggers are required to go to Airborne school before AIT. I was medically discharged from airborne school and was going to be reclassed. I went AWOL in June and turned myself into Fort Knox in August.
I was discharged with a General - Under Honorable Conditions discharge, but and re4 code.

Now, i've seen people be able to get their re code waived if they were from a different branch. But I'm curious to know if its possible to get it waived or upgraded (which I don't think is possible, since...well, I did go AWOL so I can't say they military was in the wrong.) to be able to enlist into the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Any information would be highly appreciated.
