Question

article 134

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? i live in CA, he is in the army in TX

he cheated on me while we were married and got the girl pregnant. the baby was born. he has a son with me, which he fails to pay the full amount of child support. people say that adultery falls under article 134.

what exactly is article 134?
what are the repercussions of article 134?

i know that adultery is frowned upon in the army. what should i do?

Article 134:

Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects
to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct
of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses
not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be
taken cognizance of by a general, special, or summary court-martial,
according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at
the discretion of that court.

If he is your Husband, you could contact his Command, and inform them,
however, there could be backlash that could effect his career, and livelihood
which in return would effect you also.

What could happen, that, would [all] be left up to his Command.
