Article 134 and Debt IssuesWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? North Carolina I have debts incurred from before I joined the military and am wondering if I can be charged under the UCMJ for non-payment. I am working on finding a credit counslor to get on top of my bills, but the collections agencies are threatening to call my command. All of the accounts were closed before my enlisting. Can I be charged for non-payment for old issues? |
