What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania. my brother was just charged with AWOL and drug charges and we don't know what to do at this point. He was injured outside of the military and was trying to get out medically, but something wasn't done right. The National Guard sent men to his house to get him and found drugs. They contacted the local authorities and had him picked up on a bench warrant. He is in jail now waiting for his court date in a week because he can't post bond. What is the best thing to do?

Tell him to keep his mouth shut, and listen to his lawyer.
