Absolutely.

Although, you may find it difficult to maintain the required attendance in your classes while you are in civil or military custody pending your OTH (or worse) discharge. You will also find that although you have a diploma, assuming you have the gumption to stick it out through whatever degree program you enroll in, many employers frown on anything other than honorable discharges. You may want to rethink your choices here kid, you are going down a path that will result in a life of hardship.
