What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Florida

I apologize if I have posted in the wrong section:

If a military member pays court ordered child support from a previous marriage , and is remarried with another child from that marriage, and lives in government housing.....does that military memeber qualify for BAH DIFF if the court ordered amount of child support is more than the BAH DIFF amount?
