Virginia my roommate is committing bah fraud as well as welfare fraud. i have a document in which both parties signed and stated the marriage is soley to get bah and split it 50/50. they have never lived together and my roommate is gay and has been with their lover the whole time. what should i do? it's weighing heavily on my conscience. |

| So let me get this straight - these people are smart enough to get away with BAH fraud but stupid enough to sign a document admitting their guilt? Oh - and one is gay - so he or she is violating the "don't ask don't tell" policy? And your question is what you should do? TURN THEM IN. That would at least take the burden of your complicity off your shoulders. |
