BAH- Spouse Support issues

Okay, I am having some issues with my spouse who is in the Army. I am not receiving any support from my military spouse. I know that because we are married my spouse gets BAH, but in over 3 years now I have not received any compensation. I found out my credit has been tarnished by no fault of my own. I also do not live with my spouse because I travel for my work.

I called her and asked why I am not receiving any money and was told that all of the BAH is for her daughter from her previous marriage. Is this true? Since she has a kid that is not mine am I not allowed anything here? She doesn't even have custody of her daughter, her Aunt and the child's father take care of the child.
