Breach of Contract

WA? I have served active duty for the last 2 1/2 years. I was entitled an enlistment bonus, which still has yet to be paid. It was submitted numerous times to my company s-1 representative and personally taken to the finance BN on post. When checking on my bonus, I was told that non of my paperwork was with them. I was also entitled the army college fund, if i decide to leave the army on a breach of contract, what steps must be taken and is that possible choice in my situation.
